Artist information

Live acts can change over time. Repertoires, line-ups, production, performance formats, availability and other details may therefore change without notice.

Prices shown on Sound Choice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed on Sound Choice are indicative and are intended to provide a useful guide to the likely cost of an act.
They do not constitute a binding quotation or offer.
The final price may vary depending on factors including the date and location of your event, travel, timings, accommodation, production requirements, performance length, additional services and other practical requirements.
A specific quotation may be provided once sufficient details about your event are known.
Making an enquiry
Submitting an enquiry through Sound Choice does not create a booking, reserve an artist or create a contract between you, Sound Choice or the artist.
An enquiry allows availability and the requirements of your event to be considered before a quotation or further information is provided.
An artist should not be regarded as booked until the relevant booking process has been completed and you have received confirmation that the booking is secured.
Artist availability
The appearance of an artist on Sound Choice does not mean that the act is available for any particular date.
Availability may change at any time and must be confirmed as part of the enquiry and booking process.
How bookings are handled
Different artists may work with Sound Choice in different ways.
In some cases, Sound Choice may introduce you to an artist who then manages the quotation, contract and booking directly. In other cases, Sound Choice may be involved more closely in managing the enquiry or booking process.
Before you enter into a booking, you will be given appropriate information about who is managing the booking and who the contracting parties will be.
Any booking may also be subject to separate booking terms, contracts, payment conditions or cancellation terms. Where separate terms apply, they will be provided before the booking is confirmed.
Venues and event requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that your venue permits the type of live entertainment you intend to book and can accommodate the artist's reasonable performance and technical requirements.
These requirements may include appropriate performance space, access to power, loading access, sound restrictions, production equipment, dressing facilities or other practical arrangements.
Where appropriate, the artist or booking representative may liaise with the venue or production provider to help establish these requirements.
Applications from artists
Artists may apply to be considered for inclusion on Sound Choice through our artist application process.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that an artist will be accepted or featured on the website.
Sound Choice is deliberately curated, and we reserve the right to decide which acts are suitable for inclusion on the platform.
We may also remove or update artist listings where appropriate.
Intellectual property
The Sound Choice name, branding, website design and original content created for the website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Artist names, photographs, videos, logos, music and other promotional material may remain the property of the relevant artist, photographer, videographer, rights holder or licensor.
Their inclusion on Sound Choice does not transfer ownership of those materials to Hyperluminal Limited.
Links and third-party content
Sound Choice may contain links to external websites and embedded content from third-party services such as YouTube.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or content of third-party websites or services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Website availability
We aim to keep Sound Choice available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or error.
