Joining Sound Choice doesn't mean giving up control of your act.
There's no requirement to change your band name and no expectation that Sound Choice becomes your exclusive source of work. Your existing website, agents, direct enquiries and other relationships remain yours.
We want Sound Choice to become another valuable route through which people can discover you, not something that gets in the way of everything you've already built.

Sound Choice has been built by people who understand this business from the stage as well as the office.
We know how much work goes into creating a genuinely good live act. We also know how difficult it can be to keep generating enquiries, producing content, maintaining websites and competing for attention while actually getting on with the job of being a musician.
That experience shapes how Sound Choice works with its artists.
It's built around sensible communication, mutual trust and the understanding that the relationship needs to work for both sides.
More than simply listing your band
Putting an artist profile online is easy. Helping the right people find it is considerably harder.
Sound Choice takes a more active approach to artist content. Alongside your main profile, we'll be creating useful editorial content around the acts, occasions and entertainment people are actually searching for.
That content is designed with both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery in mind.
We're not going to promise that we'll make your band number one on Google. Nobody can sensibly guarantee that. Instead, we'll concentrate on producing useful, accurate and well-structured content that gives search engines, AI services and, most importantly, potential clients a clear understanding of what you offer.
Choose how involved you want us to be
Different acts need different things.
Some established bands simply want another source of good-quality enquiries and are perfectly happy handling everything themselves once a client gets in touch.
Others would rather have more support with enquiries, quotes and the booking process.
Sound Choice is designed to accommodate different levels of involvement, so you aren't paying for or handing over parts of the process that you'd prefer to manage yourself.
Quality matters
Sound Choice is deliberately selective.
We're not trying to sign every band that asks to join, and being a professional musician alone won't automatically mean an act is right for the platform.
We're looking for performers with something genuinely strong to offer: excellent musicianship, a compelling live show, professional presentation and the ability to deliver consistently for clients.
Keeping the collection focused is important for the people searching Sound Choice, but it's equally important for the artists already on it.
